Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government department. Approval, refusal, processing time, visa validity, duration of stay, and any additional requirements are entirely at the discretion of the respective authorities.
Applicants are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and genuine information and documents. Any false, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in visa refusal, cancellation, delays, or other consequences imposed by the concerned authorities.
Visa requirements, documentation, fees, processing times, and immigration policies may change without prior notice. Hansoty Travels will make reasonable efforts to provide current information but cannot be held responsible for changes made by government or immigration authorities.
Visa fees, service charges, application fees, courier charges, appointment fees, or other payments made during the application process may be non-refundable, subject to the terms and policies of the respective authorities and service providers.
A visa does not automatically guarantee entry into a country. Final admission is subject to immigration clearance at the port of entry, where border and immigration officials may conduct additional checks.
By using Hansoty Travels’ visa assistance services, the applicant acknowledges and agrees that visa approval is at the sole discretion of the concerned authorities and that Hansoty Travels shall not be held liable for visa refusals, delays, cancellations, changes in immigration rules, or decisions made by government authorities.
