Pricing & Payment T&C’s

• Booking is subject to availability and would be offered on a ‘first-come, first-serve’ basis.
• If you receive a quote from Hansotytravels.com, it is advisable to book as early as possible, as all flight fares are subject to availability at the time of booking and payment.
• All prices for bookings advertised by us are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or changed at any time without prior notice.
• Advertised prices may be available for a limited period and specific dates.
• These prices are not applicable on black-out dates or any festive holiday when flights might be sold out.
• We will confirm the updated fare with you at the time of payment.
• Prices are subject to change until payment has been secured in full or when confirmation of acceptance has been received by you or by an authorised representative.
• We may correct any pricing errors on our website/social platforms at any given point in time.
• If a booking price contains an inadvertent and obvious error, we are NOT bound by it and can make the necessary corrections to the error displayed.
• If a pricing correction affects your pending booking, we will offer you the opportunity to keep your booking at the updated price, or we will cancel your pending booking without penalty.

Deposits T&C’s

• To confirm your travel arrangements you may be required to pay a deposit amount per head.
• Deposits may be non-refundable and non-transferable.
• We will advise you on the amount of the deposit and the date for final payment at the time of your booking.
• Payment by deposit does not lock/secure the price at which the booking was initially made.
• The costs associated with travel arrangements are NOT always stable, and currency fluctuations can affect the price quotient.
• Any additional increase in the price needs to be paid at the time of the final payment, as It is impossible to predict the change in factors determining the fares in advance.
• When you make travel arrangements through us, we reserve the right to pass on any fluctuations and surcharges to you until full payment is received from either you or the authorised representative.
• No bookings will be processed until proper accounting formalities like proof of payment, or receipt of funds are cleared by our accounts team for your booking to be processed.
• Certain airfares and services (including some packaged airfares and services) are booked at especially competitive rates which may require payment in full at the time of booking and may be non-refundable.

• Due to security reasons, all guests must be on board 2 hours before sailing
• Disembarkation usually begins 2 hours after docking
• Itineraries are subject to change at any time without notice
• Check your specific sailing for exact departure and arrival times. All times are local to the port
• The price indicated is for the cruise only
• Triple/quad occupancy cabins will have a bunk/sofa cum bed in it

• Cruise is subject to availability at the time of booking on a first come first serve basis
• Passengers bear full responsibility for ensuring they meet the health, passport, and visa prerequisites of their intended travel destination
• The passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of departure
• In compliance with the immigration regulations of the destination, it is incumbent upon passengers to ensure they possess a valid passport both prior to and throughout the duration of their travel. This also extends to any necessary visa requirements that must be acquired by the traveler before embarking on their journey to the destination for which the package is being booked
• Due to the several circumstances that remain out of our control and jurisdiction like adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes, etc. The displayed price tag is subject to change without any prior notice
• 100% payment is required for the confirmation of the package
• Hansotytravels assumes no responsibility in the event that a passenger is unable to travel due to passport or visa-related issues
• The cancellation policy will be applicable as per the booking terms and conditions
• The promotion (if any) is valid subject to the availability of Cruise/Cabin
